After the test of seepage volume, the pressure is evenly raised to the straight blasting pressure specified in Table 4, holding pressure for 5 seconds, the specimen shall not break down, and the boosting time is 30-60 seconds; then the test of the curved blasting pressure is carried out; usually, after the test of seepage volume and pressure relief, the specimen is bent into an arc with an inner radius of 700 mm, and attention should be paid to the specimen. A flange is located at the outermost side of the arc, and the pressure is evenly raised to the curved blasting pressure specified in Table 4. The specimen shall not be broken, and the boosting time is 30-60 seconds.
The last one is the PVC lay flat hose fracture burst pressure test, which can also be carried out after measuring the amount of water seepage and pressure relief. The sample is folded from the center to make the sample close together and fixed. Then the pressure is evenly raised to the fracture burst pressure specified in Table 4. The pressure is maintained for 5 seconds, and the sample can not be broken, and the boost time is 30-60 seconds.
